Menopause Yoga brings together Western medical science and Eastern wellbeing practices to guide women through all stages of Menopause. This therapeutic style of Yoga is curated to help with all the main menopausal symptoms as well as establish an all-important, positive mindset. The workshops will provide a safe, supportive space where we can share our experiences and learn from each other. The aim is to educate and empower all women to embrace positively the transition from peri-menopause to post menopause and onwards! This three hour workshop focuses on how to manage anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue. The session will include a short overview of why we may experience these symptoms, information on nutrition, natural remedies, HRT and more, as well as a 90 min therapeutic Yoga practice. You do not have to be in a stage of menopause to benefit from this workshop. Anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue can affect us at anytime in our lives and all women are welcome. This workshop will be held at Ribble Valley Yoga in Clitheroe.
