Service Description

Slow Yoga Flow is a free-flowing practice connecting mind and body through breath and movement. Paying particular attention to breath and alignment you will be mindfully guided through a sequence of postures that will help to improve strength, flexibility and balance. This practice is gently dynamic and postures can be modified or amplified to suit your needs. Suitable all levels. Not recommended for absolute beginners You will need to bring your own mat and any other props will be provided. GUIDELINES FOR SAFE PRACTICE Please let me know if you have any health issues or injuries that may impact your practice. Please stay at home if you feel unwell or are displaying any C19 symptoms.
