Service Description
Feeling fabulous on Fridays! Vinyasa Flow is a free-flowing practice connecting mind and body through breath and movement. The word ‘Vinyasa’ can be interpreted as ‘to move in a special way’. Paying particular attention to breath and alignment you will be mindfully guided through a sequence of postures that will help to improve strength, flexibility and balance. This practice is gently dynamic and postures can be modified or amplified to suit your needs. The weekend starts here! Level Suitable all levels. Not recommended for absolute beginners (please see foundation course). INFORMATION FOR ZOOM CLASSES First and most importantly please work within your own capabilities. It is the participants responsibility to stay safe. Please make sure you have any props you might need. Yoga blocks and straps can be improvised using cushions, large books, a tie or a scarf. A blanket is useful as a prop or to keep you warm during relaxation. Yogis will be automatically muted on entry to the class and music will be playing before the class begins. You can message me and each other using the chat bar at the bottom of your screen. You will be unmuted at the end of the class to chat, ask questions to say hello or goodbye! You can be visible or not by turning your camera off…your choice. If you can, I recommend joining the class 10 mins before it starts. This will give you time to set up your space, check your connection, relax and make yourself a cuppa!
